We're a growing team looking for a motivated, people-first professional to be the heartbeat of our Milwaukee office. In this dual role, you'll keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly while supporting our people — from onboarding new hires to organizing team events that make our office a great place to be. What you'll be doing
HR & People Operations
- Manage and maintain employee profiles, records, policies, and handbook in Paylocity
- Coordinate new hire onboarding: company property, government forms, benefits enrollment, performance review setup, and orientation
- Administer pulse surveys, employee feedback tools, and our employee referral program
- Serve as the primary point of contact for temporary staffing agency relationships
Office & Culture Management
- Plan and host company morale events, including the annual holiday party and quarterly team gatherings
- Coordinate and manage monthly Lunch & Learns for the office
- Manage employee recognition and life event gifting, as well as seasonal client gift outreach
- Greet guests, answer incoming calls, and ensure a welcoming front-office presence
- Maintain organized record-keeping systems and light office cleanliness
Finance & Administrative Support
- Receive and log incoming mail, including check processing and entry into Deltek Vantagepoint
- Enter vendor invoices into Deltek Vantagepoint (light A/R duties)
- Assist project managers with proposal organization, data collection, and document coordination
Communications & Social Media
- Create and publish quarterly and annual project updates on our company LinkedIn page
- Post new employee announcements and company updates on LinkedIn
We're open to candidates seeking a full 40-hour week or a condensed 4-day, 32-hour schedule. This role is based in our Milwaukee office — with the potential for one remote day per week down the line as we continue to grow.
