The Job
Keep the kitchen running smoothly by washing dishes, sanitizing kitchen tools and surfaces, and helping maintain a clean, safe workspace for the Skyroom Restaurant and catered events. Training is provided—great for first-time workers (and minors where permitted).
What You’ll Do
· Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment
· Operate dish machine and/or three-compartment sink following sanitation standards
· Keep dish area clean and organized (floors, drains, trash, carts, racks)
· Sort and scrape dishes; handle waste safely and promptly
· Assist with kitchen clean-up tasks (sweeping/mopping, wiping surfaces, taking out trash)
· Support basic kitchen needs as assigned (restocking, moving supplies, light prep support if permitted)
· Follow all safety procedures (chemical handling, slip prevention, proper PPE)

· Available for peak shifts: weekends, evenings, holidays (as scheduled)
Great for first-time workers: We’ll teach you how to run the dish station, follow sanitation rules, and keep everything organized and moving during rush periods.
