What You’ll Do
Client Excellence & Communications
- Prompt Engagement: Manage and resolve internal and external inquiries, ensuring a high standard of service with a 24-hour turnaround.
- Problem Resolution: Act as a primary point of contact for complex client concerns, utilizing research and professional judgment to provide urgent solutions.
- Strategic Tracking: Maintain detailed communication logs to identify emerging trends and recurring issues for proactive resolution.
Claims Integrity & Quality Assurance
- Compliance Oversight: Execute claims processing in strict adherence to client-specific guidelines and internal regulatory standards.
- Performance Auditing: Conduct quality reviews to ensure data accuracy and provide actionable, constructive feedback to the processing team.
- Operational Reporting: Deliver daily status updates and comprehensive reports to the leadership team to ensure transparency.
Operational Strategy & Leadership
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and elevate service delivery.
- Professional Development: Assist in the design and delivery of team training programs to maintain high performance across the department.
- Team Leadership: Partner with Supervisors to meet production goals, acting as a Team Lead when necessary and supporting employee relations or performance discussions.
