What You’ll Be Doing
Learn to Run the Business
- Partner with the General Manager to achieve sales, labor, and cost goals
- Assist in managing daily operations, inventory, and ordering
- Learn how to make decisions that drive profitability
Lead and Develop the Team
- Supervise, coach, and hold team members accountable
- Help build a strong, professional team culture
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training
Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience
- Ensure every order meets standards for quality, accuracy, and presentation

Grow Through Travel & Exposure
- Travel periodically to support other locations and learn best practices

Compensation & Growth Opportunity
Base Salary: $52,000 – $65,000
Performance Bonus: 8–12% annually based on performance
Total Compensation Potential: $56,000 – $72,000

Requirements
Experience
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in hospitality, foodservice, or similar environment
Leadership
