Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Aide to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintain kitchen cleanliness, and support the dietary department in delivering high-quality meals. This role is crucial for ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while maintaining food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dish room, and outside areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment, cleaning cambros, and taking out trash.
Requirements
- Previous experience in dishwashing
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for safe food handling.
- Experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards collaboration in the kitchen setting.
