WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
QC Catering is seeking a dynamic and motivated Catering Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be a primary point of contact for clients across our Wedding, Social, and Corporate catering and event channels. You will own the sales process from lead generation to event execution, fostering strong relationships with planners, venues, and vendors. You’ll drive growth through proactive prospecting, personalized client service, and strategic planning, while ensuring our teams can deliver seamless, high-quality experiences. REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, catering, or event planning.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in catering or events, ideally in off-premise catering.
- Strong track record of managing sales pipelines and exceeding revenue targets across diverse markets.
- Proficiency with CRM software and digital tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals across Wedding, Social, and Corporate segments. Analyze sales trends and adjust strategies to maximize growth.
- Pipeline Management: Proactively manage the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry and qualification to contracting and final details. Ensure accurate data management in our CRM system.
- Prospecting & Relationship Building: Dedicate time to outbound activity, including networking with Charlotte-area wedding planners, social hosts, and corporate stakeholders. Establish and nurture partnerships with venues and vendors.
- Client Advocacy: Act as the primary bridge between the client and our operations/culinary teams, ensuring that every unique vision is understood and executed to perfection.
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Participate in sales meetings, contribute to menu development, and provide feedback on marketing initiatives to ensure we remain market-aligned and competitive.
- Brand Representation: Represent QC Catering in the community by attending networking events and staying current with industry trends.
