MD/DO – Full-Scope Outpatient OB/GYN

Job Summary Delivers continuous, comprehensive outpatient care spanning prenatal, postpartum, gynecological, and minor surgical services while upholding evidence-based protocols, quality standards, and practice policies.
Core Responsibilities
- Clinical Care: Conduct routine wellness exams, manage high-risk prenatal care, and perform outpatient procedures including colposcopies, LEEPs, biopsies, and IUD insertions.
- Practice Oversight: Lead clinical workflows, supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and review diagnostic findings.
- Quality & Safety: Active participant in quality improvement (QI) initiatives and patient safety case reviews.
Reporting Structure
- Reports directly to Department Chief
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- Active, unrestricted Virginia Medical License
- Active DEA registration
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $260,000 – $310,000 / year (Full-Time, 1.0 FTE)
- Incentives: Productivity and quality bonus structures available
