Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Communication: Translate complex clinical findings into easy-to-understand language for patients, ensuring they understand the "why" behind their treatment.
- Treatment Presentation: Present comprehensive treatment plans, including multi-phase procedures, and address patient concerns regarding clinical outcomes.
- Case Management: Act as the primary point of contact for patients undergoing extensive restorative or surgical work, managing the timeline from the initial consultation to final delivery.
- Specialist Liaison: Coordinate with external specialty offices (Endodontics, Periodontics, Oral Surgery) to ensure all necessary records, x-rays, and referrals are transferred accurately.
- Documentation & Accuracy: Review clinical notes to ensure treatment plans in the practice management software align perfectly with the provider’s recommendations.
