In this role, you aren’t just "pouring models"—you are the first line of defense in ensuring the precision and success of every crown, bridge, and implant case we produce.

What You’ll Do
- Precision Fabrication: Pour, trim, and finish dental models (stone and die stone) to exacting standards.
- Case Evaluation: Inspect incoming impressions and digital files for accuracy; identify and escalate defects before they impact production.
- Complex Articulation: Section dies and articulate cases for crowns, bridges, and full-arch restorations using various mounting systems.
- Digital Integration: Prepare models for scanning and assist in the digital workflow to ensure seamless transition to design and milling.
- Quality Control: Act as the gatekeeper for quality, ensuring all models meet internal specifications to minimize remakes.
- Equipment Care: Maintain essential lab equipment, including model trimmers, mixers, and articulators, while keeping a clean and safe workspace.
- Experience: 2 years of dental laboratory model work (preferred).
- Technical Knowledge: A solid grasp of dental anatomy and fixed prosthodontic workflows.
- Detail-Oriented: A "measure twice, cut once" mentality with a focus on clean margins and stable bases.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment while managing multiple cases.
- Communication: Fluent in English (written/verbal) with a collaborative, team-first attitude.
- Comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods.
- Strong manual dexterity for handling small components and precision tools.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a production environment (moderate noise/dust).
