Job Summary:
The Redaction Coordinator is responsible for reviewing cases involving child abuse and neglect and preparing redacted copies for requestors. The role requires attention to detail, consistent production, and adherence to accuracy standards while protecting sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review cases related to child abuse and neglect.
- Redact and release copies to requestors while meeting production requirements.
- Maintain 98% accuracy rate in redaction work.
- Redact the following primary pieces of information:
- Source
- Attorney Client Privilege
- Department of Public Safety (DPS) results
- Social Security Numbers
- Child Placements
- Perform standardized, consistent, and repetitive tasks accurately.
- Utilize basic computer applications for documentation and tracking.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Education: Minimum High School Diploma.
- Skills:
- Basic computer skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.
- Preferred:
- Experience with Adobe for redaction tasks.
- Familiarity with SharePoint for document management.
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Hybrid)
