Position: CW CAE Engineer (Crash Safety, LS-Dyna)

Location: Saline, MI (Onsite)

Duration: 12 months (till Oct 2, 2026)

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 40 hrs/week | Overtime/Expenses allowed

Responsibilities:

  • Build/update CAE crash models in LS-Dyna
  • Perform meshing (sheet metal, resin, solid parts)
  • Pre/post-processing using Oasys Primer, ANSA/Hypermesh, Animator
  • Run crash safety simulations, analyze results, prepare reports
  • Work with design/R&D teams on improvements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering
  • 2 yrs CAE crash safety (LS-Dyna, front/side impact)
  • Strong analysis & problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CAE tools, Excel, reporting
