Position: Administrative Assistant – Receptionist
Location: 3010 E Camelback Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85016
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in members.
- Respond to basic member inquiries.
- Log incoming/outgoing mail and record checks.
- Provide administrative support to the Member Services Division.
- Maintain a professional front desk environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- At least 1 year of front desk/receptionist experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Certified Notary Public is preferred.
- Local candidates only (Phoenix, AZ) who can attend in-person interviews within 1 week.
