Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop networking systems, chassis, and electronic enclosures using CREO or NX.
- Create detailed 3D models and manufacturing drawings with proper GD&T.
- Design sheet metal, plastic, and die-cast components for high-volume manufacturing.
- Perform 2D tolerance stack-up analysis for complex assemblies.
- Ensure designs meet EMI/EMC, safety, reliability, and manufacturability requirements.
- Work closely with PCB/ECAD teams using IDF file exchange to resolve mechanical integration issues.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams and suppliers to resolve production and field issues.
- Participate in and lead peer and cross-functional design reviews.
