Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will serve as i2Vision’s in-house digital expert, owning the development and execution of our digital marketing strategy from end to end. This role is equal parts strategist, content creator, and analyst, responsible for determining where and how we show up digitally, creating compelling content across channels, and measuring the impact of every initiative. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and deeply knowledgeable in SEO, social media, and digital advertising.


Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy

•       Develop and own a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with client’s brand and business goals

•       Determine the optimal channel mix across social media, search, email, paid advertising, and purchase of media

•       Identify the right platforms and posting cadence to maximize audience reach, engagement, and maximize reach and engagement metric goals

•       Stay current on digital trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices in the biopharma and agency space


Content Execution

•       Create, curate, and manage digital content across all channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, and the company website

•       Develop SEO-optimized content that drives organic search traffic and improves search engine rankings

•       Manage paid digital campaigns including Google Ads, sponsored social, and display advertising

•       Collaborate with internal teams to ensure digital content is consistent with brand voice, messaging, and compliance standards

•       Oversee the editorial calendar and ensure timely, consistent content delivery across all platforms


Analytics & Reporting

•       Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including traffic, engagement, lead generation, and ROI

•       Use data insights to continuously optimize campaigns, content, and channel strategy

•       Provide regular performance reports to leadership with actionable recommendations

•       Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms to monitor digital performance


 

Qualifications & Requirements

Required

•       5 years of experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated expertise in strategy, content creation, and analytics

•       Strong working knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and search engine optimization techniques

•       Hands-on experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn

•       Experience running and optimizing paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads)

•       Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms

•       Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create engaging, on-brand content

•       Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy

•       Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

•       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field


Preferred

•       Experience in a healthcare, biopharma, or professional services environment

•       Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce

•       Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress

•       Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus


Salary Range:

$95K–$125K
