Copywriter
Position Overview
The Copywriter will craft clear, compelling, and brand-aligned copy for both external and internal communications. This role collaborates closely with Creative, Client Services, MedComms, and Digital teams to ensure messaging aligns with i2Vision’s voice, client goals, and regulatory standards.
You’ll help shape campaigns, brand narratives, presentations, and digital assets, working on everything from concepting taglines and ad copy to developing in-depth content for medical and healthcare initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and proofread copy for marketing materials, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, and client deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Client Services, MedComms, Design) to align messaging with brand and project strategy.
- Translate complex medical or technical language into accessible, compliant, and engaging content.
- Support new business efforts with copy for proposals, pitch decks, and case studies.
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all channels.
- Conduct research and interviews as needed to ensure scientific or client accuracy.
- Collaborate with Creative and Design teams to conceptualize campaign themes and content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Review content for regulatory compliance and alignment with client style guides (especially for pharma/healthcare clients).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional writing experience, preferably within an agency or MedComms environment.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Proven ability to adapt tone and voice across multiple audiences and industries.
- Understanding of medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare communications preferred.
- Familiarity with AP style and regulatory content review processes (e.g., MLR, Veeva).
- Experience collaborating with design, project management, and client service teams.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and social media best practices.
- Familiarity with digital platforms such as HubSpot, WordPress, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience writing in both long- and short-form formats (web, print, scripts, ads, email, etc.).
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines.
