Responsibilities
- Build and manage volunteer schedule
- Train greeters & ushers
- Oversee check-in, guest lists, name tags
- Support front-of-house setup
- Strong organizational and people skills
- Customer service or admin experience
- Tech-savvy (Google Sheets, check-in tools)
