Job Title : Construction System Owner – Process Equipment & Skids
Initial 12 month W2 contract with extension dependent on performance

We are supporting a major capital project and are looking for an experienced Construction System Owner focused on process equipment and vendor skid installations.
This is a field based role where you will oversee equipment scope during construction, ensuring installations meet vendor requirements, design intent and GMP standards while supporting system readiness, integration and handover.
Key responsibilities:
• Verify equipment and skid installations align with IFC drawings, vendor documentation and approved submittals
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, installation requirements and GMP expectations
• Identify and escalate installation issues, deviations and interface risks
• Support mechanical completion walkdowns, inspections and turnover activities
• Review contractor and vendor documentation including RFIs and installation/test packs
• Monitor equipment installation progress and support schedule adherence
• Coordinate across disciplines to resolve interface issues (piping, E&I, CSA, structural)
• Support installation and reassembly of modular skid packages including positioning and levelling
• Coordinate with vendor representatives during installation and start-up activities
• Support integration of equipment with utilities, piping, electrical and instrumentation systems
• Participate in system walkdowns and punch list resolution
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Process Engineering, or related discipline
• 10 years’ experience in process equipment and skid installation on GMP or pharmaceutical projects
• Strong knowledge of vendor packages, modular systems and equipment installation
• Experience coordinating multi-discipline construction interfaces
• Strong understanding of mechanical completion and turnover processes
• Field-based construction experience working with vendors and contractors
• Comfortable working fully on site and driving installation execution
