Job Title : Construction System Owner CSA
Initial 12 month W2 contract (extension performance dependant)

We are supporting a major capital project and are looking for an experienced Construction System Owner with a focus on Civil, Structural and Architectural scope.
This is a field based role where you will take ownership of CSA systems during construction, ensuring installations meet design, quality and GMP requirements.
Key responsibilities:
• Verify CSA installations align with drawings, specs and approved submittals
• Identify and escalate risks, deviations and installation issues
• Support walkdowns, inspections and system handover
• Review contractor documentation including RFIs & test records
• Monitor installation progress and support schedule adherence
• Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve interface issues
Requirements:
• 10 years CSA experience on large scale GMP or pharma projects
• Strong knowledge of civil works, structural systems and building envelope
• Experience with cleanroom construction and controlled environments
• Familiar with construction standards and GMP expectations
• Comfortable working on site and driving field execution
