Job Title : Construction System Owner Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I)
Initial 12 month W2 contract with extension dependent on performance
Lebanon, Indiana

We are supporting a major capital project and are looking for an experienced Construction System Owner focused on Electrical & Instrumentation systems.
This is a field based role where you will oversee E&I scope during construction, ensuring installations meet design, quality and GMP requirements while supporting system readiness and handover.
Key responsibilities:
• Verify electrical and instrumentation installations align with drawings, specs and approved submittals
• Identify and escalate risks, deviations and installation issues
• Support system energisation readiness, walkdowns, inspections and handover
• Review contractor documentation including RFIs & test packs
• Monitor installation progress and support schedule adherence
• Coordinate across disciplines to resolve interface issues
• Verify electrical distribution, control systems and instrumentation systems are installed to GMP standards
• Support integration of systems including switchgear, MCCs, transformers, cable trays and field instruments
• Support loop checks, device installation and system integration activities across multiple trades
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related engineering discipline
• 10 years electrical and instrumentation experience on large scale GMP or pharma projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, control systems and instrumentation installations
• Experience with switchgear, MCCs, transformers, UPS systems and field instrumentation
• Familiar with NFPA 70 (NEC), IEC standards and GMP expectations
• Experience with commissioning readiness, energisation and turnover processes
• Comfortable working fully on site and driving field execution
