🔑 What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and nurture new business opportunities through networking, outreach (lead generation, cold calling etc.) and market intelligence
- Build lasting partnerships with clients and candidates across the Life Sciences sector
- Manage the full recruitment cycle - from job brief to successful placement
- Negotiate offers, close deals, and deliver outstanding experiences for all stakeholders
