Job Title : Senior Electrical Project Engineer
Lebanon, Indiana
12 Month Contract | W2 Only | Fully On Site
We are supporting a major pharmaceutical capital project in Lebanon, Indiana and are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Engineer to join the team on an initial 12 month contract.
This is a fully on site role with responsibility for leading the electrical scope on a large scale, regulated project.
The Role:
You will act as the owner’s representative for the electrical scope, overseeing design, procurement, installation, commissioning and qualification activities, while coordinating closely with multiple on site project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the owner’s representative for all electrical scope.
- Lead electrical delivery across a large scale pharmaceutical capital project.
- Manage building electrical systems including high and low voltage power distribution, lighting, lightning protection, control and automation systems.
- Ensure project delivery meets schedule, budget, quality and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with construction, mechanical, piping, quality, process, instrumentation and procurement teams.
- Review change orders and manage electrical vendors.
- Support commissioning, qualification and final turnover documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 10 to 15 plus years of electrical project engineering experience on major capital projects, ideally within regulated industries.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, inspection, testing and commissioning.
- Proven leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, on site project environment.
Preferred Credentials
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Professional Engineer license.
