We’re seeking a Senior Operations Consultant with hands-on Epicor Kinetic experience to support client implementations and advisory engagements. This role is ideal for someone with a strong manufacturing or supply chain background who has transitioned into ERP consulting.
Responsibilities
- Lead Epicor Kinetic discovery sessions and workshops
- Advise clients on best practices across manufacturing, planning, and inventory
- Configure and support Epicor modules including MRP, production planning, and scheduling
- Partner with project managers and technical teams through implementations and go-lives
- Provide post-go-live optimization and support
Requirements
- Epicor Kinetic consulting experience (2022 )
- Prior operations / manufacturing background
- Client-facing implementation experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Business (preferred)
- APICS / CPIM certification (preferred)
- Ability to work Eastern or Central time hours
