What are the responsibilities and job description for the 9:30 Club - Barback position at I.M.P.?
The 930 Club is searching for a professional and friendly individuals for the Barback position which is a physically intense role that includes (but is not limited to) the following tasks:
- Carrying up to 50 lbs. for long distances.
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Able to multitask.
- Ability to maneuver through large crowds and tight places.
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
To be successful in this role you need to:
- Have Friday and Saturday availability.
- Be able to work independently with little supervision.
- Follow directions.
- Be attentive.
- Work as part of a group to set our bar team up to succeed.
- Have good communication skills.
- Abide by safety rules and house policies.
