What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barback, The Anthem position at I.M.P.?
The Anthem is searching professional and friendly individuals for the Barback position which is a physically intense role that includes (but is not limited to) the following tasks:
- Carrying up to 50 lbs. for long distances
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs
- Able to multi task
- Ability to maneuver through large crowds and tight places
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you need to:
- Have Friday and Saturday availability
- Be able to work independently with little supervision
- Follow directions
- Be attentive
- Work as part of a group to set our bar team up to succeed
- Have good communication skills
- Abide by safety rules and house policies
