What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barback, The Anthem position at I.M.P.?

The Anthem is searching professional and friendly individuals for the Barback position which is a physically intense role that includes (but is not limited to) the following tasks:

  • Carrying up to 50 lbs. for long distances
  • Able to lift up to 100 lbs
  • Able to multi task
  • Ability to maneuver through large crowds and tight places
  • Stand and walk for extended periods of time

 

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role you need to:

  • Have Friday and Saturday availability
  • Be able to work independently with little supervision
  • Follow directions
  • Be attentive
  • Work as part of a group to set our bar team up to succeed
  • Have good communication skills
  • Abide by safety rules and house policies
