Schedule: Primarily Friday & Saturday Evenings, Weekends, and Special Events
About the Role
The Anthem is looking for dependable, hardworking, and motivated Barbacks to support our bar operations
during live events. This is a physically demanding position that plays a critical role in ensuring our bartenders
have everything they need to deliver exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities
- Restock beer, liquor, mixers, ice, glassware, and bar supplies.
- Maintain clean and organized bar stations throughout events.
- Remove trash and empty glassware promptly.
- Assist bartenders with operational needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Navigate large crowds safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety procedures and house policies.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth bar operations.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently carry up to 50 pounds over long distances.
- Lift up to 100 pounds when necessary.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Move quickly through crowded spaces.
- Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
