Duties & Responsibilities
- Load, unload, clean, paint, cure, and package products through the powder coating process
- Maintain quality standards with strong attention to detail
- Perform repetitive painting motions efficiently and safely
- Read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and job travelers
- Verify parts meet print and traveler specifications
- Learn and operate all aspects of the powder coat/paint line
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Package finished products to minimize damage during shipping and transit
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Previous paint experience required
- Powder coating experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
