SUMMARY:
The Store Co-Leader has the responsibility and the accountability in assisting the Store Leader with revenue growth and drive profitability of the store. The Co Leader fulfills responsibility by using sound business leadership and management practices. The Co-Leader assists in the planning, motivating and coordinating the activities of the Store Team.
PRIMARY DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Perform and monitor all warehouse functions: incoming inventory, customer orders, delivery are processed and completed on a timely basis.
Ensure customer orders and deliver documents are reviewed and completed accurately
Provides enthusiastic leadership to help shape Coworkers' attitudes and build morale.
The Co-Leader assists in recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating Store Personnel.
Helps directing and monitoring all company personnel and helps complete a performance evaluation of all Store personnel on an annual basis.
Meets with Store Leader to develop monthly goals and objectives and reviews actual performance. Co-Leader works with the Store Leader in developing an Action Plan to achieve the financial objectives of the store.
Assists the Store Leader with meetings to ensure that the Store is operating effectively, efficiently, profitably, and with synergy.
Assists in monitoring daily operating reports and recommends, to the Store Leader improved courses of action where necessary.
Assists in developing a good working relationship with the Inventory Manager and other Leaders of the organization.
Assists in communicating Company Policies and Processes to all team members and ensures that they are understood and followed.
Assists in implementing with the Store Leader any and all Action Plans that will increase sales revenues, lower costs and increase profits of the store.
Assists in resolving any customer complaints.
Assists in monitoring all company processes and protocols.
Assists Store Leader in developing and coordinating plans to ensure all Store Personnel meet and/or exceed training requirements.
Assists in coordinating wi1h1he business office any and all daily procedures and protocols that are required. This to include all TAMS reports on a timely basis.
Assist in compensating for any personnel deficiencies that may lead to 1he Store not attaining its planned goals.
Develop excellent communication skills and relationships wi1h co-workers.
Assists in ensuring that the Store meets or exceeds its sales objectives on a daily, mon1hly and yearly basis.
Assists in ensuring that the retail, wholesale, and fleet business produce sufficient gross profit to aid 1he Store in attaining its profit objectives.
Assists in developing and implementing, along wi1h the Store Leader, marketing and merchandising activities, as sales events.
Assists with the planning and maintenance for a balanced inventory that effectively attains sales and profit objectives.
Assists in the financial plan for the Store with the Store Manager.
Assists with annual and/or periodic store inventory
Develops, enforces, and monitors guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Ensures that work area is kept clean.
Enforces safety requirements, including but not limited to forklift training and operation, processing of MSDS sheets on all products carried, and OSHA Right-to-Know.
Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that may affect parts sales.
Maintains professional appearance.
Assists in coordinating Outside Service and Sales Representatives activities to ensure the growth of sales and gross profit.
Assist with payroll related functions, including but not limited to approving timesheets and leave requests are completed timely
Maintain and stay current with all mandatory Safety and Safeguard training.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED): or one to three months related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. and procedure manuals. Ability to write simple correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
License:
Driving is essential, must have a current driving license and clean Drivers Abstract
