We're seeking a detail-oriented Trade Settlement Analyst to support the management and execution of customer trade settlements, deductions, claims processing, and pricing dispute resolution.
This position will play a critical role in validating trade settlements, researching customer deductions, resolving discrepancies, recovering invalid claims, and partnering with Sales and Finance teams to ensure accurate program funding and settlement processing.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage trade settlements, customer deductions, and disbursement requests
✔ Research and resolve pricing-related deductions and discrepancies
✔ Recover invalid customer deductions and claims
✔ Validate trade program funding and approvals
✔ Process customer claims and settlement requests within performance targets
✔ Support non-trade claims resolution, including fines and fees
✔ Partner with Sales, Finance, and Customer teams to support trade programs
Preferred Experience:
