This position reports to manufacturing operations team and supports development and training of planning team. This is an entry level planner. Job Role: Tracks key metrics, such as on-time delivery, forecast accuracy, inventory accuracy, and analyze data to identify and solve problems, and prepare reports for management and customers. Work with operations team to develop tools for reporting KPIs and metrics. Develop capacity planning tools to determine if production constraints, level load the production plan, and identify potential corrective actions such as overtime, adding equipment and/or resources, and expediting. Work with supply chain teams to perform clear-to-build (CTB) analysis, and exception reports. Work with production, procurement, engineering, and sales teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations. Identifies and recommends changes to improve production output, efficiency, and capacity. Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint. Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. Exceptional communication skills, with ability to train and coach across all skill levels.
