Overview:
A temporary-to-hire entry-level position supporting the sales team by assisting customers, processing orders, and managing inventory and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and inquiries
- Provide administrative support to sales managers
- Collaborate with the sales team to forecast demand and maintain stock levels
- Review, proof, and process purchase orders; update customers on order/shipment status
- Maintain inventory databases, track logistics, and manage warehouse tasks
- Interface with accounting and finance for credit approvals and month-end reporting
- Develop and maintain product/service knowledge
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications

- Customer service or sales experience preferred
Education & Experience
- High school diploma; some college experience a plus
- 1–3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred
