- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience in a technical field.
- 4 years of software development experience with a deep technical understanding of enterprise disciplines.
- 2 years of experience delivering technology solutions across the full software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Java and a basic understanding of languages such as Go, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions to stakeholders.
