An innovative organisation in the aerospace and defence space is looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer. This role focuses on supporting mission-critical software engineering organisations by establishing and maintaining complex development environments across various security levels.

- Leading the development and management of the software development environment roadmap and vision.
- Deploying and configuring technologies including build servers, version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Managing and maintaining both cloud-based and on-premises infrastructures to support software releases.
- Creating and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation to simplify administration and deployment.
- Mentoring junior teammates and providing technical leadership to foster a culture of continuous learning and DevSecOps best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 7 years of experience with programming languages such as C, C , C#, Java, or Python.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automated provisioning and designing for continuous deployment.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools like GitLab or Jenkins and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
