Senior Software Engineer
A leading aerospace and defense company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. This role focuses on developing Vehicle Management System (VMS) software to support advanced defense platforms. You will work within a collaborative environment to design, implement, and verify flight-critical software for real-time embedded systems.
What you'll be doing
• Develop and maintain architectures, requirements, and interfaces for VMS software.
• Implement and integrate C/C software components for real-time embedded systems.
• Create software development plans, verification plans, and test procedures.
• Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise for software domains.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the improvement of software processes.
What we're looking for
• Extensive experience in real-time embedded software development using C/C .
• Proven ability to design and document software architectures and algorithms.
• Experience with software verification and hardware-software integration.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor multi-disciplinary teams.
