We’re hiring a Talent Partnerships Manager to help build and scale HYPE10’s growing influencer and creator partnership program. This person will play a hands-on role in sourcing creators, managing outreach, briefing talent, coordinating deliverables, and serving as a day-to-day point of contact for both clients and creators. This is a highly operational and relationship-driven role working closely with our Creative and Paid Media teams to ensure creators deliver high-performing content for paid use.
What You’ll Do
Creator Discovery & Outreach
- Identify and evaluate creators across Meta Creator Marketplace, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Review brand guidelines, creative strategy, and performance goals to source creators aligned with each client’s audience and positioning.
- Share client-provided materials, creative templates, and briefs with qualified creators.
- Conduct rate negotiations, vet creator deliverables, and assess brand alignment.
- Build and maintain organized creator pipelines for each client program.
Influencer Briefing & Activation
- Own the end-to-end briefing process, including messaging, product details, content requirements, and posting guidelines.
- Facilitate communication between creators and clients throughout the content production lifecycle.
- Oversee production of Instagram Story posts, raw footage assets, edited content variants for paid testing, and whitelisting/ad-permissions setup.
- Ensure creator content meets quality standards and deadlines.
Client Communication & Reporting
- Present curated creator shortlists, rate summaries, and program recommendations to clients.
- Coordinate asset delivery, file management, and campaign organization.
- Deliver performance recaps, content reviews, and learnings at the end of each activation.
- Maintain proactive, organized communication with clients and creators.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Creative Strategists and the Paid Media team to ensure creator content supports performance outcomes.
- Align on messaging, hooks, formats, and editing needs.
- Support internal workflows as we scale the influencer offering across clients and verticals.
What You Bring
Required
- 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, talent coordination, or social marketing.
- Experience sourcing, communicating with, and negotiating with creators.
- Strong communication skills, both client-facing and creator-facing.
- Highly organized and operationally sharp, with the ability to manage multiple creator pipelines.
- Understanding of social platforms, creator trends, and UGC best practices.
Bonus Points
- Experience at an agency or high-growth DTC brand.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, paid social strategy, and whitelisting.
- Experience reviewing or editing short-form UGC content.
- A strong existing network of creators.
