Position Summary
The Operations Analyst plays a key role in supporting field operations through data analysis, reporting, quality control support, safety tracking, and equipment management. This position works closely with leadership and field managers to improve efficiency, track performance, and ensure consistent operational execution.

Key Responsibilities
Data & Reporting
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Create and maintain reports on key performance metrics (KPIs)
- Track technician productivity, route efficiency, and service performance
Process Improvement
- Evaluate current workflows and recommend improvements
- Help implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and consistency
- Assist in standardizing procedures across operations
Quality Control Assistance
- Review completed jobs for accuracy and compliance with company standards
- Assist in tracking quality issues and identifying recurring problems
- Support field audits and help maintain service quality benchmarks
Safety Tracking
- Monitor and track safety compliance, incidents, and reporting
- Maintain safety logs and documentation
- Assist in identifying risks and supporting safety initiatives
Field Operations Equipment Management
- Track and manage field equipment, tools, and assets
- Monitor inventory levels and usage trends
- Coordinate equipment allocation and ensure technicians are properly equipped
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. dashboards)
- Familiarity with CRM or field service management software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
