We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Operations Manager to oversee our landscaping projects and maintenance operations. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining the aesthetic appeal of our clients' properties.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations of landscape maintenance and lawn care services, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate landscaping projects from inception to completion, including construction and tree care tasks.
- Lead a team of landscape professionals, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess project progress and quality of work.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for gardens, lawns, and other green spaces.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines.
- Jump in hands on and help where needed and lead by example
- Communicate regularly with sales team and leadership
