Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to join our team. This role is essential for overseeing landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality maintenance, and leading a team of skilled workers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of landscape maintenance, lawn care, and horticulture.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
• Oversee landscape maintenance, lawn installation, hydroseeding application, and snow removal
• Provide guidance and training to crew members on best practices in landscaping techniques and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Manage equipment maintenance and ensure all tools are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist in the planning and execution of new landscaping projects, including construction and tree care initiatives.

Skills

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance and general landscaping practices.
• Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques, irrigation systems, gardening, and horticulture principles.
• Familiarity with construction methods related to landscaping projects.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in maintaining high-quality work standards.
