Quality Assurance Compliance Manager

Location: Ogden, UT (On-Site)

Reports To: VP of Supply Chain

Position Overview

The Quality Assurance Compliance Manager is responsible for driving procurement strategy, supplier performance, and sourcing excellence. Candidates should have experience sourcing and onboarding new suppliers in categories such as health and wellness, with proven success across China, Mexico, and the USA. This role manages high-value supplier relationships, ensuring quality, cost competitiveness, and risk mitigation across global supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead supplier negotiations on contracts, pricing, and long-term agreements.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier partnerships, ensuring performance and compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for supply disruptions.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations to manage procurement governance.
• Drive cost reduction, sustainability, and innovation through supplier collaboration.
• Lead and mentor procurement professionals.

Qualifications

• 7 years in strategic procurement, sourcing, or supplier management.
• Strong track record of leading global supplier negotiations.
• Experience with procurement platforms (ERP systems preferably Netsuite, Project Management platforms).
• Knowledge of contract law and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, financial, and relationship management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CPSM/CSCP certification preferred.
