About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven Manager of Influencer Marketing to lead our influencer strategy, strengthen creator partnerships, and support paid activations. This role focuses on product seeding, building long-term influencer relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with talent management teams. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience in influencer marketing, and the ability to travel for engagement events 6–10 times per year.

• Lead influencer product seeding programs, from planning and list building to execution and follow-up.
• Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and their management teams.
• Collaborate with management agencies to source talent, review lists, and align on partnership opportunities.
• Oversee paid influencer activations, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and KPIs are clearly communicated and met.
• Negotiate rates, terms, and contract details for influencer partnerships.
• Track campaign performance, budget usage, and overall ROI.
• Maintain organized records of campaigns, outreach, communications, and agreements.
• Identify emerging talent and new relationship opportunities that align with brand goals.
• Travel for influencer dinners, events, and brand activations as needed (estimated 6–10 times per year).

• 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, talent management, or a related role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience negotiating contracts and paid activations.
• Ability to multitask across multiple campaigns and personalities with strong attention to detail.
• Experience working with creator management teams and reviewing talent lists.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable traveling 6–10 times per year for influencer dinners and related events.
• Familiarity with influencer platforms, CRM systems, and campaign tracking tools is a plus.
