HydroJug is seeking an experienced and detail-driven EDI Coordinator to oversee all aspects of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) across our wholesale and retail channels. This role will manage daily EDI operations, ensure compliance with retail partner requirements, troubleshoot integration issues, and work cross-functionally to support accurate, timely, and efficient data exchange.
The EDI Coordinator will report directly to the VP of Supply Chain and play a critical role in supporting order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and revenue recognition. This is a highly operational role requiring both technical EDI expertise and strong coordination across internal and external teams.
- Own daily execution and monitoring of EDI transactions (850, 855, 856, 810, 860, 997, etc.)
- Coordinate onboarding and integration of new EDI trading partners
- Ensure all EDI communications comply with retailer routing guides and transmission standards
- Proactively resolve EDI-related issues, including order errors, invoice mismatches, and ASN failures
- Maintain EDI maps, connection health, and integration accuracy between ERP (NetSuite) and external systems
- Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure order flow integrity
- Serve as the primary contact for EDI platforms (e.g., SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce, B2BGateway)
- Identify and implement improvements in transaction processing, automation, and exception handling
- Monitor fulfillment performance tied to EDI activity and escalate risk areas to internal teams
- Prepare recurring reports and data exports for compliance, reconciliation, and analytics
- 3–5 years of direct experience managing EDI in a high-volume retail or wholesale environment
- Strong knowledge of EDI transaction standards (e.g., ANSI X12) and retail partner compliance requirements
- Hands-on experience with EDI platforms such as SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce, or B2BGateway
- ERP proficiency required (NetSuite preferred)
- Excellent troubleshooting, data validation, and documentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple timelines with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and coordination skills across technical and operational teams
- Familiarity with chargeback prevention, ASN labeling, and routing compliance is a plus
