Hydrogreen LLC is seeking a hardworking and reliable Environmental Construction Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with erosion control, hydroseeding, and environmental construction projects. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, is physically capable, and values teamwork and safety.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of erosion and sediment control measures
- Operate basic hand tools and construction equipment
- Support hydroseeding and hydromulching operations
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Perform site preparation and cleanup
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Work collaboratively with crew members and foreman
Qualifications
- Previous construction or outdoor labor experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to travel to job sites as needed and stay out of town if needed
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license is required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
