Responsibilities

• Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates for clients’ recruitment requirements.
• Qualifying and shortlisting candidates through in-depth interviews.
• Harnessing social media & job boards to identify talent.
• Increasing our candidate pools through referrals and executive searching.
• Generating leads and market information for business development.
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
• Conduct Interviews via phone or in-person.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experienced working within Microsoft Office & general computer comprehension skills.
