Associates in this group work directly with partners on live transactions. The structure of the team means junior lawyers are involved in negotiations, drafting, and deal management far earlier than in larger, layered practices.

You will work on:

• Syndicated lending transactions

• Secured credit facilities

• Cash flow lending

• Private debt financings

This role suits lawyers who want to build meaningful deal experience early in their careers.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 6 years’ experience in banking and finance

• Exposure to syndicated lending or secured finance transactions

• Private credit or private debt experience preferred

• Strong academic credentials

• Training at a leading law firm
