As an Analog Metrology Quality Inspector, you’ll be the backbone of dimensional verification for large, mission-critical machined parts. What You'll Do Execute dimensional inspections on large components used in nuclear operations.Use manual precision tools—micrometers (up to 60 inches), gauges, calipers, inside/outside/depth micrometers—to validate specifications.Perform calibration of measurement and test equipment supporting inspection activities.Document results, NCRs, and traceability details in the Epicor ERP system.Generate comprehensive incoming, in-process, and final inspection reports.Follow travelers and nuclear documentation processes to ensure complete compliance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks and meet schedule demands. What You’ll Bring 3 years of inspection experience in a custom precision machining or manufacturing environment.Proven experience with analog measurement tools for 3 or more years.Competency in MS Office and familiarity with Epicor ERP.Excellent communication, strong analytical ability, and exceptional attention to detail.Comfort working independently and within a team, with a commitment to quality and safety.Blueprint reading proficiency.High School Diploma.
