As the largest independent pump rebuilder in the world, Hydro's has provided engineering expertise, pump repair, and support services to the industry since 1969.Job Requirements:3 years’ experience in CNC Programing Mazak Lathe with Mazatrol controlModify existing programs for custom parts and componentsMust be able to efficiently and effectively set up and operate CNC lathes and millsComplete set-ups on a variety of large, refurbished partsKnowledge of tool layout and set up of raw materialMachine parts to close tolerances (.001) from raw material and/or castings in the most efficient manner while understanding safety and quality requirementsRead and interpret drawings using conventional tolerances as well as geometric tolerancesAdjust speeds and feeds to maximize machining productivityCandidate must be proficient with using varied measuring toolsSufficient math skills required to compute radii, bolt circles and other dimensionsWork well with Hydro shop team and independentlyExcellent Compensation for The Right Candidate/ Career Growth Opportunity
