Now we’re growing and inviting a seasoned mechanic to join our first‑shift team.What your day looks likeDisassemble, inspect, and reassemble complex rotating equipment—primarily large industrial pumps.Diagnose issues, repair components, and rebuild units to precise tolerances.Interpret blueprints and schematics to define work steps and construct foundations for pump assembly and disassembly.Operate manual, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric tools with confidence.Use M&TE (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.) to verify dimensions and tolerances.Safely run overhead cranes and forklifts to move and position heavy components.Work within strict standards of accuracy to deliver reliable, repeatable results.What you bring7 years as a pump mechanic or in a closely related role rebuilding large pumps/rotating equipment.High school diploma or equivalent.Strong competency with hand and power tools; overhead crane and forklift operation experience.Ability to read and interpret inspection instruments and record measurements accurately.Clear written and verbal communication skills.Manual dexterity, control precision, and solid critical thinking/deductive reasoning.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Tools & machinery you’ll useManual, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric tools.Micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection tooling.Fork trucks and overhead cranes.Schedule, pay, and employment detailsEmployment: Full-time, in personShift: First shift; 8-hour shift; 40 hours/weekPay: $25.00–$32.00 per hour (skills and experience based); premium available for second shift coverageBenefits & perksHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchHealth Savings Account (HSA)Life insurance, AD&D, and Long-Term DisabilityPaid time offReferral programFree onsite parkingWork environmentThe environmental characteristic for this position is an industrial setting with large machinery, overhead cranes, trucks and forklifts.
