Core Responsibilities of our Manufacturing Engineer Team Leader / Supervisor:
- Role reports to Plant Manager
- Ensure staff levels are to plan, properly trained, and evaluated to meet the department needs
- Supervise and set expectations and priorities for the manufacturing engineers, process technicians, and TPM groups
- Using project management skills, ensure safe, proper and timely support to meet production and quality demands and product development projects
- Collaborating with cross-functional peers and leaders to deliver projects
- Participates in the implementation of large capital projects and equipment procurement
- Build, inspire, motivate and mentor employees
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent four-year college or technical school and/or 6 or more year’s related experience and /or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role (i.e. Engineering Manager, Engineering Superintendent, Engineering Supervisor)
- Experience with CAD, NX Design Software, Excel, Word
