Core Responsibilities of our Account Manager:
- Build strong relationships and revenue growth with innovative high value applications
- Supporting customers to create solutions and maximize customer satisfaction
- Provide pricing quotes and assistance to customers and clarify their needs to ensure proper application of products and services
- Conduct proper account call frequency (up to 50% scheduled travel) to maintain a proactive position
- Serve as key point of communication and act on customer’s behalf for applications
- Must have strong written and verbal skills with onsite or face-to-face customer interaction
- Mechanical and/or electrical field knowledge of hydraulics, electronics, or drive systems is preferred
- 6 years’ experience and/or bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Must be willing to travel (domestic) up to 50% scheduled
