- Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday)
- Rotating 12-Hour Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM on a two-week rotation:
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (48 hours)
- Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday (36 hours)
Overtime may be required based on business needs.
* Perform preventative maintenance and complete work orders in the maintenance system
* Troubleshoot and maintain electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment
* Assist with overhead crane maintenance, welding, and fabrication tasks
* Support equipment reliability and production uptime through timely repairs
* Maintain maintenance records and a safe work environment
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience or completion of industrial maintenance technical courses
* Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
* Industrial Maintenance Certification preferred
* Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
* Welding and fabrication experience
* Ability to work at heights and lift up to 100 lbs
* Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
