- Ensure that the press continues to run.
- Retrieve racks on wheels.
- Set oven to correct temperature and time.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Required Education/Experience:
- No High School Diploma or GED required.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Must meet all minimal physical requirements.
- High involvement in floor activities.
- Must be certified forklift operator.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with subordinates, co-workers, supervisors, and managers in both written and verbal form.
- Must be able to understand and follow all instructions: both written and verbal.
- Must be able to work with other team members and departments.
