We are seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple Five Guys restaurant locations in and around the West Springfield, Massachusetts market.
This full-time, on-site role is responsible for operational excellence, financial performance, team development, and ensuring a superior guest experience across a high-volume restaurant market.
Responsibilities
• Oversee and support multiple restaurant franchise locations
• Ensure operational excellence and consistent store execution
• Achieve financial targets and manage budgets
• Maintain and uphold high standards of customer service
• Train, mentor, and develop Restaurant Managers
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and operational assessments
• Work with corporate leadership to implement strategies and initiatives
• Support store performance, team development, and regional growth
Requirements
• Experience in multi-unit restaurant, QSR, or franchise operations
• Strong leadership, team management, and staff development skills
• Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills
• Experience monitoring KPIs and operational performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in achieving operational goals
• Ability to travel regularly between restaurant locations
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Restaurant or hospitality industry experience strongly preferred

Compensation
• Base Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 per year, depending on experience
